Bluevua RO100ROPOT Replacement Filters: Which Filter Fits the RO100ROPOT and RO100ROPOT-UV, and How Often to Change Each One

Do not buy the 4-Pack yet: the RO membrane is the costly part, and the manual gives it up to 24 months, so a full set bought at month 12 may bin a membrane with a year left in it.

Which filters fit the RO100ROPOT and RO100ROPOT-UV?

Bluevua’s RO100ROPOT instruction manual fixes the stage order, and the micron rating and interval on each filter’s own Bluevua product page match it exactly. Both models take the same four core cartridges plus a remineralization filter; the UV model adds a sixth stage. No Bluevua page fetched prints a SKU, so there is no part number to match, only the name.

Bluevua’s individual filter pages add operating limits the manual leaves out: the RO membrane is rated for 0.4-0.6 MPa working pressure and 5-38 degrees C water temperature, and the PCF filter for 0.1-0.4 MPa across the same 5-38 degrees C (41-100.4 degrees F) range.

Certification is listed per the maker’s page: the RO100ROPOT-UV product page shows an NSF and WQA Certified badge with no standard number, and a search of NSF’s Standard 058 database for Bluevua on 2026-09-15 returned no matching products. Bluevua’s own third-party test reports page separately lists a WQA Gold Seal Certificate, an NSF International Certificate and several named ROPOT test results by title; this article records that the index exists and has not opened the certificate files themselves, so the badge and the NSF database result still do not reconcile. The remineralization filter carries a separate certification claim on its own product page: WQA certification to NSF/ANSI/CAN 372 for lead-free compliance, with a stated pH boost from 6.2 to 7.5.

The same product page states a 60 oz borosilicate glass carafe and a 1-year limited warranty. Bluevua does not publish a continuous GPD rating for either model; its help center instead gives a 1:2 pure-to-drain ratio and a 1700 ml (57.5 oz) yield per tank fill, consistent with a closed-loop countertop design rather than a continuously rated one. The same help center page states the PP, CTO and PCF filters each produce about 528 gallons over their 12 month life, and the RO membrane about 1,056 gallons over 24 months.

Which set do you need?

Bluevua’s replacement-filters page groups the cartridges into four sets, and the only difference that matters is whether the RO membrane is inside. No price appears below: Bluevua’s listed prices drift, and the contents are what decide the set.

Skip the 1-Year set if the flow from the unit has visibly slowed: it carries no membrane, and slow production on an RO unit points at the membrane, as the slow-flow guide works through. Skip the 4-Pack if your membrane is under 24 months old and the water still tastes right; buy the three 12 month filters instead.

What else fits the same slots?

Nothing that can be checked against a published figure. The manual prints no cartridge dimension and does not say whether the RO membrane is a standard 1812 format, so the 1812 membrane cross-reference cannot be applied to it.

The remineralization cartridge fits both models. Bluevua’s own RO100ROPOT product page lists it as a standard fifth stage, and the RO100ROPOT-UV page lists it as a sixth; the cartridge’s own product page carries a compatibility tag reading “ROPOT & ROPOT(UV)”. The base-model instruction manual predates this and shows only four stages, so the product pages are the newer and more reliable source on stage count.

Whether RO water needs minerals added back at all is answered in the remineralization guide, which cites EPA’s secondary standards as ceilings with no mineral floor.

The manual also prints no counterfeit check: no serial-number lookup, hologram or authorized-seller list appears in it or on the two product pages fetched. The DREO countertop units have their own parts page; the Bluevua cartridges do not fit them.

How often do they need replacing?

The manual gives one figure per stage: 12 months for the PP, CTO and PCF filters and 12 to 24 months for the RO membrane. Bluevua’s own product pages add the remaining two: 6 months or 260 gallons for the remineralization filter, and over 10,000 hours for the UV lamp. None of the five pages prints a condition that shortens its interval.

That leaves the owner’s own signals. A slowing fill or a flat, off taste with fresh pre-filters points at the membrane; a TDS meter reading that climbs across months says the same thing in a number.
