One label conflict is worth knowing before you order. DREO’s 511 system page describes the RO and PPC pair as a combo that purifies up to 1,050 gallons, while Amazon’s variation table splits them into a 1st stage PPC cartridge and a 2nd stage RO cartridge with their own liter figures.
The part numbers agree on both sites, so buy by number, not by stage name. DREO’s support site lists a separate code for the 112 system itself, DR-KWF002, under RO Water Filter 112 / Version / Standard; that is the system’s own model code, not the cartridge’s part number, so it does not settle whether DR-KPA032 is the printed cartridge number.
For the 112, dreo.com sells the cartridge as a single and as a two-pack, with no Amazon listing to compare, and lists the three 511 parts (DR-KPA018, DR-KPA017 and DR-KPA016) separately. No price is printed here: dreo.com’s listed prices drift, and the part number is what has to match.

How often do they need replacing?
DREO publishes capacity in volume for the RO stages and a month figure only for the carbon stage, so the calendar interval depends on how much you draw. The 112 system’s own page gives a fill rate of about 200 to 260 mL/min, which is a flow figure, not a cartridge life. For the DR-KPA018 RO cartridge, DREO’s replacement filter page prints no month figure at all: it says only to “replace the filter regularly according to the filter life indicator,” the unit’s own light rather than a calendar date.
